"Damaged my vehicle. Huge scratches in my side mirror that were not there when I brought it in. Washed my vehicle, without asking me beforehand, and left it completely soaking wet in the hot sun. I had just washed and waxed it less than 24 hours before. Seperatly, I also had booked an appointment back in July and waited 2 months for an appointment, but then got NO REMINDER until AFTER my appointment.... so you can't remind me that I have an appointment, but you can send one to rub it in my face that I missed it? Did I mention that I got quoted $98 for an Air Filter for a Grand Caravan? This has been my experience in the past 3 months... at least the girls on the phones are nice, otherwise I am more disappointed with this dealership than anywhere I have ever brought a car in the last 30 years."
