"Charlie is the BEST person to make arrangements with down there at Gummow U-Haul, off of Williams Hyw. 50....here in Fallon. I couldn't ask for a better dealer! This is my 3rd or 4th rental there since I moved OUT of California 2yrs ago! Plus, they're open 7 days a week and NOT closed on weekends for returns....like OTHER places! I can't imagine renting anywhere else for my U-Haul truck! THANKS CHARLIE!"

"There isn’t a uhaul depot anywhere in Nevada that’s more courteous patient helpful and pleasant than Charlie and co, on gummow dr in Fallon, whatever you need if he doesn’t have it he will get on computer and source it for you, his advice is always sound, if only all other Uhaul depot staff I’ve encountered were as professional and helpful, then my many experiences with uhaul over many years I’ve been customer would have been more positive."

"My dual sport motorcycle developed a serious engine issue about 50 miles from Fallon. I was able to nurse it into Fallon with the hopes of renting a U-Haul to get us to my truck in Minden. Once in town I found that all the U-Hauls were closed except this one location that had just closed about 2 minutes ago. I called hoping someone was still there....no answer. I decided to just ride to the location and hope they were still there. I got there and the awesome guy that runs the place was still there. Upon explaining my situation, he agreed to rent me a truck one way to Carson City for a fair price. We loaded both bikes and were on our way. This level of customer service is getting more rare every year. I highly recommend this location."
