Everything from the friendliness of the staff till the deliciousness of the food, was out of this world. I highly recommend the place and you don't wanna miss on the Falafel and the chicken Kebab ( both are a must try)."

"Pre-pandemic during a trip to Las Vegas we were referred to an excellent Egyptian restaurant. It was a memorable meal, the centerpiece of which was koshari, a dish of layered rice, lentils, macaroni, a tomato sauce, fried onions and chickpeas. I haven’t been able to find koshari in Hawaii until today when I ran into Middle Eats at the Mililani Farmers Market. Their koshari is really delicious, we ordered the larger size and it was plenty for two. Couple of notes, they spell the dish a little different on their menu (kosharee) and the sauces are very assertive so taste them first before you mix them in. They had other more familiar dishes on their menu like falafel, but being able to eat koshari again is a real treat."
