"TOURISTS BEWARE of the SCAM!!! I travelled to Hawaii for a vacation in November and purchased a lock bracelet and pendant totaling $17.5k as an anniversary gift. I returned home to Texas, tried the bracelet, changed my mind and decided to return it. I call the store to help arrange the return ( as it says in the receipt returns must be in Hawaii store) hoping that I could courier them the return. Guess what ? They say I need to be physically present to make the return and wouldn’t be able to process my return. I tried speaking with my SA (Sue) her manager ( Kristal) and they wouldn’t budge. I then called Tiffany corporate and they seem to not be aware of such RIDICULOUS POLICIES. She tried calling them to convince them to accept the return and again they wouldn’t budge. It’s a MONOPOLY here and what they say is final. Apparently no one else can STOP this NONSENSE that the Waikiki store is doing and now I am travelling all the way back to Hawaii to just make that return. Initially I only wanted to return the bracelet but after such awful experience I am going to return both my purchases and will be on a NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM TIFFANY. Goto CARTIER or VCA instead and get a good feel. Will update this post after my return next week."

"Love visiting Tiffany on all of our trips! However from time to time we encounter a sales person who just won’t give you space to breathe and look. Every single time we stopped at a display she was in our face asking what I wanted to try on. Relax!! If we were not constantly followed by our sales person within a few steps behind us we would have bought something. I get there might be pressure to sell but not like this. I’ll be buying what I wanted in the store online instead. Bummer because I really wanted a piece from this store."

"I enjoyed a couple hours at this Tiffany & Co. location. My sales associate was very pleasant to work with. He offered me something to drink several times during my time here. My sales associate found exactly what I was looking for. The whole process to buy something does take a bit of time; they wrap the items then they put it in a box and add a bow. There are quite a few levels to the store and everything is well displayed. I definitely recommend this location."

"Had a great experience from the moment we walked in until we left the store. Mr Ogata was very friendly and stayed with us as we browsed all of the different cases on the first and second floor, answering our questions and showing us the different pieces. I wouldn't say we were dressed poorly, but we were definitely in vacation attire. Didn't feel ignored as some other reviewers had mentioned. So either there has been some personnel changes, better training, or just a good day. Either way, it was a great experience overall."
