"The girls working at this location are extremely rude and unwelcoming. They also sit there and talk bad about customers that just walked out, and were talking about people in their personal lives that they can't stand. I don't think it's professional to behave this way when you have so many tourists coming into your location. I felt uncomfortable shopping there and could tell they were whispering when I walked out as well. I went to this location twice during my trip and had the same rude encounters with one of the girls (short black haired), and on the second occasion there was another girl that wasn't much better."
"I visited this store while on vacation in Waikiki. Great little shop with beautiful creations by the owners. I was given a business card, by the sales associate, before leaving the store that day. Three weeks later I went back to make a purchase but couldn’t find the store. Thankfully, I remembered the business card and checked out the website, which is very well designed and easy to navigate, and I was able to find the store’s location as well as all of their beautiful creations right there online. The delightful owners were present the day I returned and I was able to make my purchase. If you like classic, tasteful designs you will love this store. I’m sure I will be making more purchases online once I return home. I highly recommend Pachulah."
