The gym itself is very clean and open. The vibe is welcoming and warm. I feel like I am part of a team and it fills my heart every time I go. Wolf Valley Performance is an amazing community and is the perfect box for beginners to seasoned crossfitters. "Working out is not my thing, but I really like this place. There are classes with hardcore people and normal 'need to lose this belly' people, like me. I've felt included, not intimidated, never looked down on. They really know what they're doing and make sure I know what I'm doing. Every time I go, it's something different and I can stay engaged. Don't be scared, you'll fit in, and have fun. The owners and trainers are good people and this is a good gym. Give them a try!"
