"Sat there for almost 10 minutes and hit with “what are you doing here” with a confused and flabbergasted look like sport I walked in and you had to do your fuxing job. Filled out the form which takes maybe a minute and the lady told me “I’ll be back” after five minutes I left. Very unwelcoming and worthless here."

They honestly care about the servicemen and women that come to them for assistance navigating through the stupendous bureaucracy of the VA. They were quick to respond to voice-mail and called me back in less than 24 hours. Being veterans themselves, they speak our language, know our acronyms and mannerisms. It immediately engenders a sense of familiarity and comfort. Bottom line, if you are thinking about filing a claim with the VA, give these people a call."
