"Great facility. Plenty of concessions and easy access from parking. Good sound and video system - great fan experience."
"GO to Lawyer for UNR Basketball. UNR has good team which has been improving (last year made NCAA Tournament). This year looking good. UNR always has great cheer leaders and excellent band- the Howlers. Half time show keeps us entertained. It's a GREAT show."
"A wonderful Event Center. I have been here for graduations, games, concerts, and comedians. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. Of course, there are closer seats which normally cost more. There is an abundance of restrooms and food and drink choices. Many may not be aware that there are banquet rooms above the stage floor and seating area. The venue is huge and also has catering ability for staff. I have attended weddings here years ago. For those wishing to reserve the venue here is a link for you: www.unr.edu/lawlor/book-an-event/venue-information As a matter of fact, there are several venues available on the UNR campus. So think outside of the box. Believe it or not I have been to several weddings at UNR campus venues."
"Lawler Events Center is it part of the University of Nevada Reno campus. A variety of events are scheduled there. Although my recent experience has been with the Wolfpack women's basketball team! They are an amazing group of young women, talented, very well coached, with a deep bench. I highly recommend checking out their schedule and coming down for a game. The admission is very reasonable $8, unless you're a senior or student and it's $5. I've watched three of their games now during this 21-22 season is just starting. Come on by and have a good time."
"Watched a wolfpack game here. Very nice stadium. Decent seats all around. Wish they could stop charging 8 dollars for a small hotdog, but that's they always get you. Other than that we had a great time here. Would definitely return for a future game here."
