Control is a unique class that sculpts the legs and glutes using Pilates principles while standing. Our Suspension Training class combines Pilates with the TRX system to enhance strength, coordination, and mobility.
Restore class incorporates foam rolling and myofascial release to repair muscles and reduce soreness. Center Balance class involves apparatus-assisted stretching to re-center and balance the body.
F.I.T. class is a mix of high-intensity cardio and Pilates-based strength training, perfect for burning calories and improving aerobic ability. Teen class is designed for teenagers to build healthy habits, self-esteem, and coordination in a safe environment.
