"Geri and Natasha are fantastic instructors for level 1. Even though I'm on the bigger side and couldn't lift myself at first, no one blinked an eye they were both super supportive and would come up with modified moves to work up to the more difficult things. If you've never taken a pole class, 10/10 recommend this studio!"
"Wonderful studio. The instructors I’ve met here have been the most positive and engaging that I’ve encountered at a studio and I’ve been to many. I read a review by someone else that said “This is the only studio I’ve ever been to that didn’t greet me or ask my name” This was opposite of my experience. I’ve never been to a studio that did introductions, ice breakers and attendance call like vertical barre. Unfortunately I live out of state otherwise I would be a regular here. I loved it. The classes are challenging but can be made appropriate for any skill level."
"Warm and welcoming pole fitness studio in NW Reno. They provide a variety of classes EVERY DAY (!!) of the week as of this posting. I have made breakthroughs in my pole fitness with many of the awesome and talented instructors there. It's also a great workout and develops strength. I believe there are 11 poles, 45mm each."
"The environment here is amazing. I'm an amputee, and I got no weird looks or double takes for still trying to dance. The teacher, Kallie, even changed the choreography on the fly so some of the moves were more doable for me. She didn't make a big deal out of it and just rolled with everything. Would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone who's looking for a supportive environment with awesome teachers."
"This is the first pole studio I’ve been to that didn’t even ask my name, and I go to different pole studios as much as possible when I travel. I had signed up for two classes in the same afternoon and left before the second because I was that uncomfortable. Really bummed because I was hoping to have a place to pole when on work trips in the area. I think if you’re a local and they’ve gotten to know you, this place might be great. I personally did not have a good experience. I signed up for a level 3 class because of the class description on the website (“You should be able to invert before registering for this class”). I can comfortably invert and am working on strengthening my shoulder mounts, but this level was definitely too advanced for me. It may be that the instructor is not used to having a student at my level, but I did not feel comfortable trying more advanced moves (even ones I have done and do regularly) because I wasn’t confident the instructor (or other students) would spot me if I needed it. Again, the community seemed supportive of each other - just not newcomers. It might be a great place for a lot of people. Not for me."
