"Tahoe Rising is a GEM in Tahoe. I recently had 2 babies back to back and have been going to Lorilyn’s Yoga in the Ropes class with Therapeutic Rad Balls. This class is YUUUUMMMMMYYYY… ALL the good stretches and it feels like you have an assist in every pose with the ropes. Lorilyn is very knowledgeable when it comes to modifying for injuries and has been helping me recover also from years of knee injuries. She is great with alignment too. I feel very personally cared for at this studio and that is rare to find. Some places, you’re one of 20 or 40 in a class but here, everyone is family. I highly recommend Tahoe Rising Yoga for both the local as well as for the visitor. Nothing like an amazing yoga class after a day on the slopes or on the lake!"
