"When my Granddaughter had her recital I was told by one of the staff I could purchase a dvd of the recital for $25. I had 3 people who wanted one so I purchased 3 for $75. We had quite a bit of trouble getting them and when we finally did it was a memory stick. I only got one. I was told it was done through a third party and I would have to take it up with them. I asked for their number during several conversations and never got it and was told too just go make my own copies(which as I found out is expensive). In addition the third party is doing work for the school and it’s their responsibility to correct the situation and pay me the $50. . TO THIS DAY I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN THE $50 WHICH I HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT! Very POOR business practices!"
