They are doing everything right, and a couple of things are extraordinary. Speedy reply and detailed instructions from picking up the car to returning the car Super beginner-friendly - they have everything you would need for camping. No hidden cost and hassle-free - significant when you travel Spencer is a lifesaver; he provided me with all the documents I needed at Lightspeed when I needed to file the insurance for the flat tire ( I hit a rock, all me, not the car). For adventurous people who want to explore Maui's natural beauty but do not want to pay for the crazy expensive hotel. Try Zazu, and thank me later."

"What a fun and unique way to experience Hawaii! I rented a Zazu jeep for an impromptu solo 5-day trip to Maui. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was equipped, including the snorkel gear. I felt like I explored and experienced the island differently than if I had stayed at a hotel--rolling out of the tent and taking a few steps to an amazing sunrise view. Setting up the tent is simple (and got easier each night with practice), and their guide to the island's campsites was great and informative. I really felt like I connected differently and more intimately with Maui. Highly recommend!"

"Fabulous way to see Maui. All we expected and more. Views, sunsets and sunrises to remember forever. Zazu was exceptional. Great vehicle, great tent and fully stocked. Read the equipment list before buying supplies. TP, papertowel, dish soap, garbage bags tinfoil and more all included. Great campsites. Spence and his crew made it happen. "Absolutely loved Zazu! Zazu was better than any relationship I ever had. If I had a man, I would want him to be like Zazu—- reliable. I felt supported and taken care of. I didn’t have any expectations, but if I did —- they would have succeeded them… They provided everything we would need to camp, which I didn’t expect at all. Due to some flight issues, I landed later than I was supposed to and it was dark when we got to our campground and we were nervous about putting it together in the dark, considering this was a new experience for us both...But the tent was literally so easy to fold out! We loved that everything we needed was with us at all times. Great communication and friendly. They set us up for success. Everything they provided was organized and clean. I will absolutely use them again next time we visit Maui. Thank you for a great experience"

"Let me start by saying that I am not a camper. My only experience camping was at age 9, in a park near a playground with the Girl Scouts. My boyfriend convinced me that this was the way we should see Maui (though I bargained to have the second half of our trip at a resort), and I am so grateful that I agreed. Zazu was easy to book, communicative, provided everything we could possibly need on the road, and overall gave us a stress free experience. I was hesitant to spend the first half of my vacation in a rooftop tent, but once we made our way to the resorts, I was shocked to hear myself say that I missed the Jeep and tent! If you want to see and experience the real Hawaii, I highly suggest booking with Zazu for a fun and stress free trip. Also, book your campsites in advance!"
