"Not very good customer service. Way over priced car rental as we later found out. The jeep that we rented was a hunk of junk. The brakes squeaked like an obnoxious amount. Low tire light was on when we left the place and had to put air in it. The jeep itself had a ton of cosmetic issues but the dude was insisting that we walk around it and “document” everything. It was a comical amount of documentation. The speedometer was off like 10 mph as we found out throughout the rental process. When we showed back up to drop off it was a hot mess trying to give it back. We rented 2 other cars while on the island and had no issues what so ever. This place was the worst. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else."

"Excellent service! After checking different car rentals in the area we found this one. We got a great deal on a blue Jeep and enjoyed the car for 2 days. The process of booking the car was very uncomplicated and easy. No waiting and we were done in 5 minutes. The guys were super friendly and everything went very well. Returning the car was just as easy and uncomplicated. Our Jeep was very reliable and we enjoyed our mini road-trip to the north shore and east coast! Thank you again, you made our stay in Waikiki special!"

"I rented a Chevy at this location… All through the car kept giving the service airbags alert on the dashboard. When I called them they said American cars keep throwing it so don’t bother. Seems they knew it but are still renting this car. Someone needs to goto the authorities some day."
