"Booked for Jason but he didn't come in that day so got given someone else, was faced away from the mirror the whole haircut didn't get to see my hair until the end where my hairline was completely messed up and not straight and was on a call for 30 minutes while cutting my hair, ruined my hair and confidence for weeks awful. You'd think for 55dollars it would be a perfect haircut."
