"Terrible customer service. I got a pair of cleats $139.00, my son used it for 2 hours and his ankles were hurt, to make the story short, it was clearly the cleats, now unfortunately I had this problem once before in mainland and the store worked with us by exchanging, of course I know everyone has different rules. I called the store and asked if I can look for another cleats and even pay the difference or if it’s cheaper then just make an exchange and not get any money back. The guy said no, they can’t do anything about it, while I was (being very nice) trying to work things out the owner got on the phone and very rudely told me that he would pay me 50% for those cleats, I started to explain that I already spent lots of money and will keep on spending a lot of money because my son is growing every 2 months and he cut me off and said to forget it, because I was arguing my point he wouldn’t even give me a penny and hang up the phone. I called back, for a second thought we got disconnected, but when he picked up the phone, I said “did we get disconnected or did you hang up” he said “I hang up and don’t call again” So I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone, I understand the rules but I also believe every client deserves respect. In his eyes he probably just lost a customer and and he felt powerful talking down to a female but in my eyes he lost a customer that was going to give him business for many years and refer many people. I would never support a business that treat people so badly. There’s cheaper stuff online and other places anyway."
