"I got a car to pick up my shoes that were on order. I got to the store and checked in and they greeted me with an open smile. They checked me in and brought out the two shoes to Tryon for fitting. I put on the fresh shoe after receiving socks, and one side was a little tight so I tried on the second pair which was a half size bigger and it was a perfect fit. The cashier went the extra mile to call the other store to get verification on our account as our company changed to a digital code to purchase our shoes. They got that code from the other store in town and I received my shoes and went on my very way. Such a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work! Very easy to work with.
