"He's very arrogant, and being there doesn't feel welcoming at all. Customer service is so terrible, and he makes you wait for 30-45 minutes longer than your appointment. The haircut is good, but dealing with his arrogance isn't worth my time."

"The quality of Tapat Cutz is top notch. This is a honest review as I’ve been getting my haircut here now for years. Easy system to sign up for appointments online and notifications via text. Location is great and you can always find parking. Dylan the owner has a great eye for detail and shaping your haircut to you best facial features. I have gone to other barbers and they definitely do not have the same skill set. Highly recommend Dylan at Tapat Cutz."
"Cut by Dylan was good but he IS NOT punctual. The 3 times I had booked an appointment I had to wait over 45 minutes to get my cut and he didn't even apologize for the wait. "BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE." I'm a pretty patient and understanding person, however, he didn't respect my time and didn't have any remose, so I took my business elsewhere."
