"It’s a decent musubi stop, although you have to go pretty early. The Salmon and Tobiko tasted as expected. The Mentaiko was good. The Spicy Tuna Mayo didn’t have any mayo and instead had a bunch of mentaiko, which was weird. Prices are ok for the size and taste. Ultimately, I’d rather go to Iyasume."

"Love this place but absolutely hate that they don’t have enough to stay open until their closing time says. You literally have to get here at the crack of dawn to get anything. I don’t understand why they can’t make sure they’re stocked and open til 12:30!? I’m tried of making trips here at 9/10am and the place is closed."

"This is mostly a grab-and-go place. The food is well-labeled and the selection is excellent. I had the spicy tuna and some other flavor - I forget because although it was good, it wasn’t particularly memorable. Maybe my expectations were too high given that it has a 4.7 rating: I’ve eaten a lot onigiri in Japan and Taiwan and this was about in line with many of those experiences - which is good! It’s just way more ordinary than its rating implies."

"Musubi/ onigiri that’s simple yet delicious. We tried the salmon, the spam and egg, mentaiko, chicken and shiitake), and all of them were yummmmmy! Rice was perfectly seasoned and prepared. An ideal spot to pick up snacks for a picnic on the beach. Showed up right when they opened and already the store was packed! Make sure to bring cash if you spend less than $10."

"Truly a delightful (and delicious) experience! I had NO prior experience with musubi, and only knew I wanted to try it! The owner / clerk was so helpful and kind and the musubi was delicious! The baked salmon was perfection. And I had the ume (plum) and red bean too. And we had “coffee jello” for dessert. I love how fresh and “clean” it is. They have signs showing the ingredients, origin source, etc. Will DEFINITELY return!"
