"We had the miso, spicy and oxtail (no photo) ramen, the broth were on the light side and the noodles were a bit soggy. Nothing stood out. Price was acceptable though compare to all the pricey food around the area."
"If you're in beautiful Waikiki and in the mood for a hot, delicious bowl of ramen, this place will not disappoint! The ladies there are so very nice and the food is comforting and tasty. It's quite a small shop, with people continuously coming in to eat their noodles, so there might be a line. Well worth the wait!"
"Swung by for a quick meal due to its proximity to our hotel. Filling portions and the broth was light so we didn’t feel bloated- though they are many signs stating that there’s a 40 minute limit, a $18 minimum and they whisked over the check before we were even half done which didn’t result in a very welcoming experience. This was also at 5pm where there were only 2 other customers :/"
"Delicious and addictive! We ate the spicy Ramen, no pic because we started eating it so fast before I took a pic. We also ordered steamed veggies, fried rice and gyoza. The spicy ramen had a flavor that had an inviting pork flavor with the perfect level of spice. The steamed veggies were a perfect balance of crunchy and tender and the fried rice had Asian spices and a bit of ginger on the bottom. Lastly was the gyoza which aren’t my favorite, hubby likes them. However I would eat these ones all day due to the tasty flavors. All in all the food was flavorful, comforting and so addictive we ate the whole meal entirely!!"
"The handcrafted gyoza was a delight, prepared upon order, yet the burnt ends detracted from the intended golden crispiness. The spicy ramen outshone the miso, offering a subtle hint of red chili pepper but lacking robust flavor. Having resided in Japan and made multiple visits, I've had the pleasure of savoring authentic, flavorful ramen experiences. Unfortunately, the miso ramen fell short—excessive saltiness, a dull soup profile, and undercooked noodles left room for improvement. Depending on the servers you get, you might receive the bill with a sense of urgency, even in the midst of enjoying your ramen. This rushed experience was a bit off-putting for me. Despite the servers being polite and prompt in their responses, the pace left question to be revisited."
