"Best bikinis!!! Always friendly and helpful employees. Typically shopping for my girlfriend, and I don’t know much, and she is always stoked about what they steer me toward! Also have bought some cool beach stuff, smashball (tennis like game for beach) they’ve got sunscreen too which is nice, jewelry, guys your girlfriend will thank you for getting gifts here, girls you’ll be stoked on the selection (lots of local) unique prints and flattering styles. And they’ll wrap for you if you need :)"
"Told staff that we've had problems with snorkels in the past and asked for a receipt just to be told a second after being handed the receipt and purchasing that all sales are final. Essentially like being told "we got your money so we don't care if it doesn't work, that's why we didn't tell you sales are final up front ". Great way to lose future business for a quick sale"
