Otherwise I would’ve given it zero stars if I could because Jole (short woman with dark hair) was horrible. If “fake nice” was a person, it would be her. She must own the place because I can’t imagine anyone who would hire her. Not coming back because of her."
"Upon walking in the front door, I was greeted by an associate. Ivan After explaining what I was looking for (upgrading my module) Ivan proceeded to show me different adapters & pieces for my unit. I was sooo impressed with his customer service! He’s of a younger generation then myself & I didn’t expect the outstanding service from him. He assisted me down to picking the juice. I walked out with a big smile on my face not only because of how badass my unit looked but because of the customer service provided by Ivan! Props to you!"
