One had custom engraving on the wood bill, and the other had turtles on the bill and a plain hat. I had that hat custom embroidered here in Maryland. Matt is a great craftsman and very easy to work with."

"I bought one of the wood billed ball caps while on vacation. As soon as I got home I nicked the varnish on the wood. I sent an email to see if there was anything they could do. Being that he they were 5000 miles away, the owner of the shop emailed me back with very detailed instructions on how to repair it. He offered to repair it for free if I could ship it back to them. However the repair worked just fine! 4 stars for a solid product! Extra star for helping me with a problem that I caused! Can't beat that kind of customer support!"
