"Prejudice store- DON’T SHOP HERE. My husband and went into shop today 10/26/23 and the owner or whomever was working in store did not even acknowledge me or the question I asked 3 times. I was trying to get the book by Tammy Lee in the window. I and one other man were the only ones in store. She walked over to him and explained store specials ‘buy one get second half off clothing and jewelry’. She walked away . I asked before she acknowledged the gentleman… didnt respond . He even said she walked over there. I walked over to where she was hanging a dress and asked again about the book. She never looked at me or said anything. I left ! Ohh did I mention I am African American and it was very obvious she chose not to speak! Money is green she obviously didn’t need it. The shop owned by a local was right across the walkway… she was very pleasant and did quite well off our visit!"

"I shopped at Pineapple Boutique on Sunday, June 26,2021. I bought 7 pairs of sterling silver earrings. Others in our party bought items also. Had that been the only experience I would have rated this store a 5. The lady there that day so kind, and helpful. I realized I needed another pair of earrings as we were heading to the airport on the 29th. We stopped so that I could purchase another pair. Although the sign the door said the store opened at 9:00 (it was 9:30) the two women in the store would not let me in to get the earrings. They were the first people we encountered here who were not friendly and nice, and on my last day here. So disappointing."

"Loved this place! We were able to buy clothes that we'll actually wear when we get home. Beautiful fabrics, great designs. We found something for everybody. The wonderful woman that helped us was excited when we found stuff we loved, she was knowledgeable about the products, designs and what she had in stock. She suggested a dress for my daughter she never would have picked for herself and we loved it. She obviously loves her job & she made our shopping experience fantastic. Great products, fantastic service, highly recommend!"

"I had the most amazing customer service. I bought a souvenir shirt for my boyfriend, and when I came back home, the shirt didn't fitted. I emailed back the boutique if it was possible to make an exchange. Unfortunately, she didn't had the size I needed in the boutique so she emailed me every other shirt she had in the size needed. Then, as luckily as I can be, she found out that the company's shirt had one shirt left in my boyfriend's size! I was able to make an exchange and this made me so happy. I love the shirt I choose because the fabric is high quality and the pattern is just beautiful. I really recommend this boutique. Thank you."

"The owner is one of the few on the island that design a significant percent of the clothes they sell. Good selection, high end stuff at medium high prices, I bought an Aloha shirt there and I have a closet full of them. The sales people really know how to work it, one of the problems in retail on Kauai is getting the counter person to look up from their iPad. When I came in one of the salespersons was giving a couple a lesson in tying a sarong."
