"Nice high end mall food court location but the service left something to be desired. The lady slopped all the entrees on top of each other without any regard, clearly she didn’t care that my beef and broccoli and piled on top of my orange chicken. I asked for a bigger plate and the wanted to put the third entree in the same box instead of separately like other locations always do. I had to stop her and tell her how to do her job."

"My kids love the orange chicken and chow mein noodles from our location back home. We ordered through their app for a quick, easy meal. We walked ~1 mile round trip to get the order. The staff weren't friendly and the food wasn't as good as we're used to. Also note that this location is on the second floor in a food court."

"I was ordering a plate with 2 orange chicken and white rice in mind like any other Panda Express. But the customer service I received was disgusting. I said, “may I have orange chicken please”. The older asian woman there as I had said I wanted orange chicken was not listening to me and there was a misunderstanding and decided to put vegetables on my plate, when I said no no while kindly pointing to the orange chicken, she screamed at me and said, “I thought you wanted orange chicken?” As she dumped the vegetables back into the tray rudely. And with the same plate that had touched the vegetables, I do not mind at all - her body gestures were rude while putting orange chicken into the plate. I was too shocked by her customer service that when she looked at me and asked, “vegetable rice or white rice?” Instead of saying white rice as normal, I said normal rice twice. Then she just dumped and slid the plate for the next few orders and another lady next in line told me, “white rice” smiling, and I had realized my mistake with saying normal rice instead of white rice. But other than that? I was being polite in ordering, saying please and pointing to what I had wanted in order to make it easier for the employees. But from the beginning of this service with the lady screaming and us having a misunderstanding to her rude gestures, I had lost my appetite. It felt like she was having prejudice against me since the beginning. She screamed at me for her own misunderstanding and her gestures were rude. I am writing this right after not finishing the food as they are mid. Imagine getting such service of screaming and rude gestures to you when you finally have a long awaited break and craving, only for it to degrade due to such an experience."

"Food is okay, the issue is the customer service. The ladies there are so rude and seemed so annoyed! Rushing me to order even though no one was behind me, then charged me $1 por tap water, I had to ask them twice for soy sauce and sweet sauce. They forgot my fortune cookie and when I came back to ask for it, the lady’s face was so mean. Never coming back."

"No complaints from me. Food tasted good and the service was friendly. It’s not authentic Chinese food, of course, but it’s good value for what you get."
