"Other than the staff being very friendly and kind, Every time I call to schedule an appt, this place doesn’t have any availability until a month or so out. It’s super frustrating to get any appts in here. I’ve been waiting on medication for my daughter who has severe asthma for over 2 months. It’s ridiculous. They need more doctors who has more availability or think of solutions."

"Dr. Paul Hayward is the premiere Physician on this planet second to only God!!!!!!! Great staff surrounding Dr. Hayward which makes for a complete experience. Would not recommend any place else!!!! Truly super awesome!!!!!!! Dr. Hayward also works at the Life Care Center of Kona too!!!!!!! He calls me even on Saturday's and Sunday's. How much more awesome can a Doctor get!!!!!!! Truly super awesome!!!!!!!"

"I visited my Doctor 2 months ago and told him I needed refills. I have been going here for over five years. My girlfriend also sees the same Doctor and we always go in together. She has a visit and he refilled her prescriptions with THREE refills. I called in mine and was told that three of them had no refills. I have had all kinds of problems getting them refilled and what I consider very frustrating time to get my refills. And you have to go thru THIS PORTAL to send and receive messages. At one point 2 of prescriptions were declined. Seriously? One was a blood thinner and the other a heart related med both I have been taking for years. The prescriptions were Finally filled with NO REFILLS SO have to go thru this again in 3 months. Oh, and their record keeping is all screwed up, under my medication they had duplicates, wrong doses just a mess. And every time I go I give whoever a list of my current meds and doses. I need to talk to whoever is running this place and if no results get a new provider. DO, wouldn't give me the time of day. After over 5 years, could have been solved in less than 5 min . : ) : ) : ) So I got a new one. All good."

"It's not a community health center. U cant walk in for help. I took a neighbor in need and they turned her away till I turned up the volume! Sad, and pathetic. The brochure says we turn no one away? Well, they tried. Unless u know the ropes, bring scissors for u need to cut through the lazy behavior of hourly employees who don't get it. Pls all of u, don't step down. Push for what u deserve."

"took my husband there to have his finger checked out, he doesn't have medical coverage; the front office staff treated him horrible and they were rude as if he was getting FREE service. The Medical assistant were just as rude. He felt very uncomfortable and mistreated by the medical team at the Kealakekua clinic. He had a better experience at the other location."
