"Both my daughter and I have gone within 2 weeks of each other. On both occasions I showed a picture of what we wanted and both times the stylist did what SHE wanted. When I stated something about my daughter’s cut she got snippy, and said the picture wasn’t clear. I said whatever it’s a cute cut and let it go. I’m not happy at all , when I ask for something and you give me your this is what I can do, not what you ask for you do not belong in a position to cut both men’s and women’s hair. I believe that if your strength is men’s hair stick to what you’re good at. I’m beyond angry I know what I asked for if you can’t do it give it to someone else. This stylist was the only one cutting hair as 3 were there and people waiting. You are not the BEST IN YOUR FIELD. Step back and let someone else try. I would rather pay top dollar and get what I ask for than returning to SuperCuts to get this lady and get I’ll give you what I want you to attitude. Do not give me attitude when I’m paying for it. ITS YOUR DAMN JOB YOU CHOSE THIS PROFESSION DONT GET MAD AT CLIENT LS WHEN YOU CANT DO WHAT THEY WANT!!!!! I will not be returning and will tell everyone I know to stay away. Not worth the price you pay if they are not willing to go the extra mile to give you exactly what you ask for."

"I’ve never felt prompted to write a review until now but I just had the most atrocious interaction at this shop. I came in last week for a haircut to which my stylist, Yoon, did fine. When she was done, I did ask her to go a little shorter. After a few days, I decided I wanted to go even shorter so I returned to the salon. The woman at the counter said that they could only assign me to Yoon as other stylists weren’t allowed to do re-dos? Fine with me. I asked to make an appointment with Yoon but I was told to just come back in a few days when Yoon was working. Also fine with me. I walked in today (when I was told to come back) and asked when Yoon was working to make an appointment. The same woman at the counter became irate and said I was confusing because I wanted my hair shorter. I explained that yes, I confirmed I was happy with my hair length at the last appointment but since then, I’ve decided I want my hair shorter hence wanting to get another haircut. She also accused me of taking advantage of Yoon’s language barrier and the fact that she’s pregnant (which I didn’t notice and never even mentioned?). She shouted at me in front of many people at the shop and was incredibly aggressive. Any attempts at explanation was shut down. There was no logic to her reasoning at all. I was happy to get my hair cut with any stylist but was told only Yoon could do it. Then was told that I was unfairly making her cut my hair 3 times which is untrue as this attempt would have been the second haircut. Regardless, what does it matter if I was willing to pay for the haircut? Never once did I say I was unhappy with my original haircut or wanted it “fixed” - just that I decided after the fact that I wanted to go shorter. Even after being unfairly berated, I still tried to make an appointment with Yoon so I could just get my hair cut and be done. Again I was told to just come back later. I asked to make an appointment as to know when to come back. This went back and forth a few times (all in front of other customers). The woman eventually shouted me out of the shop. This woman, who claimed to run the business, was so out of line, unprofessional and tbh unhinged. I’ve never experience anything like this in my entire life. And honestly I’m still confused to why I’m not allowed to make appointments for multiple haircuts that I’m paying for. Corporate would be wise to get involve and look into the management of this shop. 0/5 except for Yoon who was lovely and did nothing wrong (nor did I accuse her of such as the woman implied)"

"The only reason for my five star review is on behalf of Raquel. In the past i have the staff is snippy and rude. They close the doors if it gets too busy. Not a great way to run an establishment. But i got there when they opened. Raquel gave me the "best" haircut. She was sweet and precise and professional. Gave me everything I asked for. If she is there when i go back i will definitely request her."
