"I don’t know how the rest of the Chinese food in Oahu is but this Szechuan restaurant is definitely a pretty average to subpar food experience. The place is known for dry pot and wet pot. However it is one of the worst wet pot I’ve had compared to eating at other major cities in the United States. The mapo tofu flavor wasn’t quite there either. The rest of the stuff was okay- cumin lamb, beef dry pot, stir fry veggie. I am not sure if the food quality was subpar because we went at a pretty late hour around 830 pm and the staff were a little impatient and wanted to be done with the shift. It’s ultimately attached to a mall."

"There are traditional Chinese dishes with great flavor. But the desserts are either fried too dry or missing some tasty ingredients. Overall, it is a nice place to eat."

"Had dinner here for a family of 4. We ordered fried shredded potatoes, tofu and vegetable soup, Stir-fried water spinach, stir- fried eggplant and beans, and garlic pork ribs. We asked for very mild level of spiciness and low salt. Everything was yummy, good portion and reasonably priced. We finished eating everything without wasting any food. We could have ordered some more traditional Sichuan dishes which I am sure are also yummy but we wanted to eat more veggies to remain healthy during traveling. This is a great place to go to get authentic Chinese/Sichuan foods. We also ordered ice jelly with brown sugar which is also very authentic. Highly recommend!"

"Great food but service is lacking. They did not check up on us and we had to flag them down whenever we needed something. Inconsistent spicy ratings (green beans rated one pepper was spicier than the mapo tofu rated 3 peppers). Chicken was very fresh! Would come again; hope service is better next time."
