"Vivian, I think you should be ashamed of yourself for treating a customer today (my wife) so incredibly poorly. Yesterday she made a manicure appointment with you, and got her nails done. Within one hour her red polish completely peeled off from two fingers. Reluctantly she returned to you today. While I appreciate the fact that you "re-applied" the polish at no extra charge, you never once apologized for a huge disruption to our schedule, or made any attempt to convey friendliness whatsoever. You were "stone-cold" silent the entire time and my sweet wife was nearly in tears when she left; somehow feeling as if it was HER fault and the ordeal was an utter inconvenience to YOU. If you cannot, or will not take responsibility for these actions and outcomes, then (in spite of the beautiful location of your rental space) your business will never be much of a success. I urge you to please learn from this event and treat your customers with kindness, and display your willingness to "make it right" when the product (or service) you provide fails at such an early stage. Thank you in advance for having the courage to listen to customer feedback and make a change accordingly."

"Vivian was great to fix my broken nail She first sent me to some who does the dipping powder. His fix failed and she kicked it into high gear and fixed me up beautifully. I was lucky she could squeeze me in between appointments."

"Very clean and comfortable, I was Very happy with the service we received yesterday. We went in for a wedding party nail appointment and even though half our party was late they were very accommodating. On top of that they gave me the best pedicure and acrylic nail set I had ever paid for. They took the time to make sure my nails were shaped perfectly and I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend thos location for any nail service you won't be disappointed. Mahalo!"

"At the end of the day, they do good nails but just the overall experience isn't the best. When doing your nails they will say "Gel is $5 extra" no big deal.. but when they're doing your toes they will ask again but never state the price... which is an EXTRA $20 for gel on the toes ON TOP of the service fee ($35 for basic pedi)"

"I will not lie, BEAUTIFUL nails!! But at the expense of 5 bleeding fingers... I got a full set of acrylics, and they added 5 dollars because of length, and charged 10 to remove the last set (when they initially told me the removal would be 5, and length would be no extra charge) my total came out to 67 dollars. The nails are beautiful, but it was not worth the overcharge AND the pain it caused."
