"I had a 17 day rental through Genco which I extended by another week. The entire process was super smooth even though I was there during the quarantine times. Gary was super helpful throughout. Gave an upgrade when picking up the car, and even dropped us to the airport on our last day. And when it comes to prices renting through Genco definitely turned out cheaper than Avis (with corporate discounts and no airport fees). Overall great experience. Also Gary mentioned they are the only rental place to rent out Teslas. Probably next time :)"

"Fraud... total fraud... as you can see from the pictures they sent... some have scratches, and others dont even though they are the same spot... dude is tearing up the car a day afyer he claimed damages, and making more damages Take notice that these pictures are of the car in multiple locations... and different times... forward, backed into the curb, around the side of his building... etc... the first photo is clearly in the evening, but he sent it 2hrs after i returned the car... and that return was 10am in bright sunlight... Dont go to scam auto if you want to risk this guy charging your card instead of going through insureance..."

"Genco is a small organization, but they make things nice and easy. I found their listing on another site and called them directly to rent, instead of going through a middle man. I like to do that when I can to help small businesses out. The customer service was excellent, and the rate for the Hyundai Accent we got was exceptionally inexpensive, compared to Hertz and the larger competitors. Though they are located about 15 minutes to the airport, they personally picked us up when we arrived. The car was clean and in great condition, and got us where we needed to go for ten days. We stopped by their location on the way to the airport when we left, and we were driven to the airport from there and dropped off easily. Everything was completely free of hassle. I can't be happier about going with a local small business, rather than a large agency."

My family and I live in Oregon and reserved a rental through Genco and Enterprise just to be safe. And Genco paid off by saving me $160.00 off the Costco membership price from Enterprise.
