"One of the girls did a decent job with the cut the other not. I'm rating low because they don't clean their tools. They have no cleaning products at all and the tools they use you'll see them just use from one person to the next just churning thr customers through.. And BTW it's state law for them to do it.."

"I’ve had pretty good luck at Supercuts in the past… but wow, did they f* up my hair this time! I went in with a super cute pixie bob, was extremely clear about how I wanted it TRIMMED in minimal places with lots of mindfulness around not cutting my front curls at all. Not only did he cut those curls, but also responded terribly with a “well, nothing you can do about it now.” I had to ask for an apology. The other stylist tried her best to fix it, but it’s asymmetrical and really botched beyond fixing. I’ll NEVER set foot in there again."

She's very kind and super professional, I was in the chair less than 5 minutes after I walked in and she was attentive to the picture I brought in for reference. As soon as she began, her experience and expertise was apparent, and her attitude was so friendly! "Really depends who you get to cut your hair. First time I went was decent but went again and had Kim and its probably the worst haircut i have ever had in my life… really not well done didn’t even use scissors just everything with the razor and its very uneven. Asked to keep the front longer and back shorter and the back is twice as long as front."
