"Call ahead, wife got an appointment the same day for early morning. She got a foot massage and pedicure, she said it was good. Nothing too fancy."

"Called and explained that I currently have shellac and my husband needs a pedicure. Drove 45 minutes and upon arrival, my husband started getting his toes done while the male I spoke to looked at my nails, told me I have acrylic which I haven't done in 10 years and told me he can't do shellac and I have to wait for the other person to do it. On the phone he said he will be doing my nails and someone will be doing a pedicure on my husband. I kept asking if he could start soaking my shellac and he said he can't. Started raising his voice telling me I told him over the phone I have shellac and in his mind he is convinced I have acrylic. Kept raising his voice telling me I told him only I am coming and not 2 people. I understand that some nail companies don't have someone with good English to answer the phones but raising his voice at a client and yelling out that I have acrylic is extremely unprofessional. My husband was all ready getting his toes done and I wanted him to stay and finish but he was so mad at how 2 employees were yelling at me so he got up with just 1 foot of nails trimmed. Highly DONT recommend this place"
