"We went to Dr. Kubo a few years ago and he was amazing. They had our favorite receptionist (Christina), she was amazing!!! Today, we call and there was a “CHERYL”? She was difficult and had no empathy. My wife had an emergency situation and she basically told us we will be treated as new patients since the last time we went to them was in 2016. But, they aren’t accepting new patients. WTH?!?!!! I asked her so you’re recommending us to find another doctor? She said, no, we just don’t have room for new patients. Uhmm… WHAT?!?!!!! Ugh! Cheryl suck!!!!"

Dr. Kubo has a great personality and is very patient and explanatory. I am so lucky to have been referred to Dr.Kubo. I've lived on this Island for 22 years and it's hard to find good doctors and ones that truly care about their patients. Dr.Kubo and his staff truly care and I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental care including children, from what I witnessed in the waiting area a 3 young happy children came out! "I had the misfortune of breaking a tooth when my regular dentist was on vacation. Dr. Kubo was the referring dentist and within 45 minutes of the incident I was sitting in his chair getting a temporary repair so I would not have to be in pain all weekend! His receptionist is so friendly and welcoming. The office fit me in for a permanent crown after the weekend. His staff were all great and Dr. Kubo did an excellent job."
