Allsave Car Rental

"All save rental rented us a car with previous parking fees attached to the car. We were forced to pay the fine in order to park otherwise the car was going to be towed. We tried to get the co. to refund the fines previously attached to the car but have had no luck. The company will not return our calls or emails. We have very unhappy with the service. The company will not even answer their phone let alone return calls. Stay away from this company."

"Don’t rent here - I got a Mustang with giant scratches and scrapes all over and it ran like a beater (left front tire making a wump-wump noise and smelled like it was burning dirty gas). Went to return the car today at 10:45am and there was no one there, doors locked and parking lot blocked by a big tow truck? Tried calling the number and had to leave a message. I ended up parking the car in the street and put the keys in a box behind the building?? Hopefully they don’t charge me a bunch of extras because I couldn’t do a walk through with the agent….."

"We rented from AllSave Rental in Kihei and found it to be a great experience. They pick you up to get the rental and take you back to your place as long as its a reasonable distance. Can't beat that! The cars may have a few ding marks, but certainly driveable and comfortable. Good enough for us. The rental rates are extremely inexpensive. I highly recommend them. All of my dealings were with Brienne and she was awesome to deal with. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Great job."

"Worst experirence ever with a rental car. First car was battered and scraped and had stains on the seats. Left fender was not correctly installed from an accident. Key fob did not work. I refused that car. Took them another 45min to get another car to me, in which time I asked one of the employees if all the cars were scraped up. He said yes they were. Second car we got was not as battered but after taking it we found that the passenger seat bottom was partially collapsed and we found we had no high beam lights. We brought the second car back and I said I would pay for the two days but would not pay the rest since I had no confidence I would get a safe car. They refused and charged me the full amount. My credit card company could do nothing since the fine print on the contract said no refunds for ANY reason!!! S**T Company with S**T cars. STAY AWAY. I rented from Budget and it was cheaper and their cars were MUCH better."

"I have rented here many times and I've always been really happy with the price and the customer service I have received at this location. The cars have always been great as well. If you are looking for a cheap car rental in Kihei try out Allsave. I will be back in Maui in a couple weeks and I won't even price check other places because I know this is where I want to rent my car from."
