"Terrible company, will keep your money and not send you on the trip you were meant to go on. The advisors are rude and will refuse to work with you if the they dislike you for any reason. I had the worst experience with Nadeen Black. Literally never had a worse "advisor" during my academic career. Extreme superiority complex and this person does not belong in any sort of costomer service position. She gaslit me the whole way and then became very aggressive at the end when usac mismanaged my trip and I wasn't able to go. Would not recommend this company to anyone"
"I have had soooo many problems. This process was the most stressful part of my life. Now that I am back from Italy. I am still having issues. I have paid large amounts of money to still have a hold on my account. The amount was fully paid weeks ago and I still can't register for my last semester. They are not helpful at all. Never traveling through them again!"
"My daughter just finished her semester in Pau, France through USAC. I cannot say enough about Usac. From day one, here in the States, the USAC staff walked with her through the whole process. They were always available and willing to help. Once she got to France the two ladies encharged of USAC at the University were incredibly nice and always making sure my daughter was ok and also willing to help in any way they could. If you are a parent researching a program to send your child abroad to study, don't think twice."
"Terrible experience with this place. They completely botched my travel abroad experience and quite frankly I think it was done intentionally. Do not use USAC to travel abroad!!! I lost 900 dollars to this scam of an organization and was left homeless because of them."
"USAC helped set up a really nice teaching opportunity in Torino, Italy. The local USAC staff were super helpful and fun, too."
