"I’ve had a need to visit K. Way Auto LLC a few times. It’s a very busy place, but Mike seems to manage the needs of his customers. Scheduling is an option, and also checking w/them by phone to see if you can drop in based on time of day and repairs going on at the time they will accommodate you. Be courteous and expect to wait if you have too. Don’t expect pleasantries, it’s a business, that’s what they are there for. (I’m sure they would enjoy pleasantries if they had time for it!) If you live on Maui finding good, dependable, non time consuming, honest services to help, is like finding a needle in a haystack! I recommend K. Way Auto LLC. They will help if they can."

"Above and beyond! I found my tire flat with a big nail in it. The AAA guy who put the spare on recommended Goodyear and I was heading there to have it fixed. Called them on the way and they said they are closing already and can't do anything today anymore. It was 4:30pm. According to Google maps they are open until 7pm. Disappointed I stopped and looked for the nearest shop. Found K Way, called them, they said they will do it right away for $20. They gave my kids Hot Wheels while waiting and were done in 15 minutes. They said the fix is free for the review. Thank you, I would have written the review nevertheless. Kids love their new cars and I'm happy the flat tire headache is gone. I will definitely come back here with any car issue and I recommend this place to all my friends."

Nick & his crew at K. Way Auto in our opinion are very trustworthy to work on any of our vehicles because they're diligent, very communicative & even more dedicated to make sure the service they provide is top notch & the job is done correctly.
