"Just read a review praising this location for exchanging a car with car trouble that had been rented from OGG. In the same week, this location wouldn’t even consider doing an exchange for my vehicle that had been authorized by the Budget roadside assistance. Required me to return it to OGG. I’d appreciate hearing from the owner why my situation was 180 degrees from prior reviewer."

"I came in with car trouble from a vehicle I rented from the airport location. The manager Eric pulled a bunch of strings to get my car swapped, my roadside assistance claims wrapped up, and out the door in no time at all. I had a great experience and would happily go here again for my car rental."

"Everything was good until I got the bill emailed to me. Should have insisted on finalizing the bill when I dropped off the car. Unfortunsately, I trusted them to be true to their word. The quoted price was $370.00US for two days WITHOUT INSURANCE. My bill emailed to me was $479.00US! LESSON: BE SURE TO FINALIZE YOUR BILL AT THE SAME TIME THE CAR IS DROPPED OFF!"

"Initial car (convertable) was dangerously out of maintenance. Images attached and also have a video of the squeaky driving belt. They didn't have another convertable and my only option was a Kia SUV or a Wrangler... ruining my vacation plans. Furthermore, the Kia SUV also had broken headlights which I only found out at night when it was already dangerous to drive and had to use high beams. Awful experience to have on my family's once in a life time vacation."
