"We had a lousy start to our 5 days Maui trip as Southwest Airlines had delayed our checked luggage delivery. But luckily, we had pre-arranged Jules for an airport pick up and return. She is fun, kind & most jovial. It seemed to us that she really does enjoyed her work and taking pride in showing us this beautiful island enroute to our Maui Sands Condo. Jules even made a stop at Target Supermarket for us to pick up our groceries. Felt really bad that we had to make her wait 20-30 mins but she was still all smiles - you really cannot go wrong if you select this company for your transport needs on Maui. Mahalo, Jules!"
