"I got a magic perm today. Amazing husband and wife who are both so attentive and make sure you get what you want. My hair is frizzy and just naturally difficult for any stylist. It took about 4 hours to get the result I wanted, and they were so patient throughout despite several walk-ins. Thank you!!!"
"The lady is pretty out of touch with styling. I told her (also showed her a picture of) what I wanted. She ended up giving me a cut and styling (blow dry + hair spray) that looked like it was from the 80s (I know throwback fashion is considered trendy now, but that wasn’t the look I was going for). I very frankly told her that it looked different than what I wanted. She then proceeded to tell me that her styling was better than the picture I provided. I figured this lady had a large ego and wouldn’t admit that her client didn’t like her work. There was no need to argue, so I did not engage anymore. I proceeded to pay and just wanted to GTFO of this place. She seemed to be offended by my silence and started making these loud, unnecessary sighing noises on her way to the reception (she runs this place and does reception work too). Still, I probably wouldn’t have given this place a one-star review (maybe a two-star at this point) if it she didn’t tell me at the end, “Tip not included. 20%.” Ha."

"Shawna does the best lash extensions. They look so natural. People said I looked younger, but they don't know why. One person kept saying how much they liked my new lipstick color... But it was the same old color I always use. Also, she is very nice."
