"First off Mahalo to Ross the Owner and Manager who at the last minute was able to take our car in. The check engine light came on and while my wife was driving, it stalled on the freeway, fortunately she was able to restart it and get home safely. I called Ross and he said to bring it in and they’d see what they could do, I also asked if they could change the spark plugs as I haven’t done that since we bought this used car. I brought it in early today and got a call back several hours later, saying they identified and corrected the problem, it turns out that the air intake manifold needed to be repaired and a part replaced. Like I said I got a call back that it was ready only a couple hours after dropping it off. The car runs great, the service was phenomenal and the cost quite reasonable. It’s really nice having a well qualified service station in the neighborhood. It’s a small shop but they really hustle. Other shops you may see cars there overnight some likely taking days if not weeks, here most nights their lot is empty, meaning owners got their cars back that day! Can’t say enough for Palolo Auto Service, Manager Ross and his crew. I remember my own Dad taking his car there years ago and it being worked on by him. His son Ross took over the business a few years back and continues the family neighborhood business. Thanks again."
