"I had an awesome time having my 3D scan done, Stephanie did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend the office visit over the imprint kit you do by yourself at home. It's free, and you get a little whitening kit to take home!They do validate parking for the garage downstairs. Directions to get there: go to building 5, up to the third floor, to the left all the way down the hall. UPDATE 2/15: Changing my review from 5 stars to 2. It has been 8 weeks and I still have not received my aligners (they advertise 4-5 weeks you should have them) for the past 3 weeks when I call about my order the recording tells me that it is being processed for shipping. Why has processing taken more than 3 weeks? When I get a real person on the phone all they can tell me is that they are backed up... umm... yeah, I noticed. They can't even give me an estimate for when my aligners will arrive. They have not offered any partial refunds."
