"He asked me to pick a style from a wall plastered with photos of haircuts from the early 2000s. Think of the early days of Eminem or the list of approved haircuts in North Korea. None of them display guys with longer hair (which I wanted to keep). Even after I showed him a current reference photo displaying what I wanted he still defaulted to his photo reference wall. Tried to stop him, but that didn't work. Do not go to this place, you will be deeply dissatisfied with your result. Go to a barbershop where the stylist actually went to cosmetology school."
