"Calling to make an appointment is easy. Service on the day of is friendly. Bring a jacket if you plan on staying in their waiting area. It’s a decent lounge - TV, comfortable chairs, clean restrooms, semi accessible electrical outlets."

I had a few instances where i had to wait a little longer then normal for service but they acknowledged and apologized to me what happened and owned up to their mistake or reason why it took long.
