"I recently reached out to Aiea Pearl City Dental Care to schedule a dental appointment for a cleaning and to fix a broken bridge. When I called on 3/26 around 3:20pm, the receptionist repeatedly asked me to provide my information, including my name, date of birth, and address. Despite giving all details, she insisted on having my subscriber ID, which I couldn't find. After a 10-minute hold, she returned to ask if I had located it, which I hadn't. When I inquired about scheduling the appointment and bringing the card later or finding it before the appointment, she flatly refused, stating they needed the ID first. Having worked in a dental office previously, I know that typically a name and date of birth should suffice for insurance details. This experience came off as rude, unprofessional, and lacking in knowledge. It's crucial for businesses to consider who they have interacting with customers, as it can either attract or drive away potential patients."

"I've been to quite a few dentists over the years (I'm not that young anymore)... Dr. Harada and the whole team there are the best. The staff is great to work with, always friendly. Dr. Harada does excellent work and is very detailed. I just had an appointment today and my teeth are sparkly clean. I was self-conscious before with my coffee and tea stains, but now I feel confident when I smile :)"

"I have known Mark for 39 years I would not have gone to anybody else. I would only trust and Mark two pull two teeth two root canal‘s and one filling in one day. I am dreadfully afraid of the injections to numb my my mouth but he does it with a special technique where I didn’t feel it at all! I didn’t feel anything when he injected me. And surprising me I didn’t feel much pain or discomfort throughout the entire procedure maybe 15 seconds because of our persistent resistant root That didn’t want to come out. But that’s all! Mark is amazing and I had another procedure done by his colleague about two years ago and I felt no discomfort Then as well. He is truly the best! I have renewed appreciation for the job that he hast to do. It’s not easy but he is the dentist extraordinaire. God bless you and your family abundantly!"
