"Receptionists are usually very polite, if not they are always professional. Wait time is almost always under 10 minutes which is awesome. Why have an appointment if you have to sit and wait like other places? Dental assistants are nice and usually pretty gentle and the dentist is quick and to the point but friendly and leaves room for questions. Our three older kids and I go there and we never have a complaint."
