"Terrible experiences. Made an appt after 4 yrs of not cutting my hair. Upon arrival there was only one worker and maybe cause she knew me, she gave me some barely half a** service. Didn’t want to wet my hair, barely combed it, didn’t blow dry it and in total spent 15 min max from start to finish. Said someone left sick and she has other appt. When I called as I was disappointed with the result/service, I just missed the one week time frame of reporting the issue so I got no compensation or offer to fix it. So frustrating!! Someone I know also got denied service because one of the workers thought their dandruff were bugs. This was deemed false info following of course but it seems some workers are careless amateurs. Embarrassing & Unprofessional to say the least. Skip this place if possible or be mindful who you’re going to."
