"I had a horrible tooth ache.So I called Dr Black..Went to his office he referred me to another Dentist he said to get an oral antibiotic injection.I went straight to the other Dentist..He informed me it was for a root canal..so he did that.Then put me on antibiotics..10 days later the tooth had broken in half so he referred me back to the same Doctor..the doctor told me just not to chew on it..He also had that Doctor build it up for a crown.. So in the mean time waiting for my crown,I got another infection in the tooth. So I called Dr Black he had had eye surgery so wasn't seeing any patients so he ordered me the same antibiotic I had been given before just a longer stronger dose..This tooth had been bothering me pretty severely for two months..I was going out of my mind..Then his receptionist call's me on May 2nd and tell's me the soonest the Dr can fit me in was on the 17th..I got a call from his office on the 16th..I missed the call but assumed it was to confirm my appointment for the 17th ..So I called the morning of the 17th and she informed me that Dr Black was going try to fit me in the next two days...So later that day I called her back and she told me she had no appointments but would put me on call for friday..never heard back from them..They had just given my appointment away after I waited 15 days for it..And now I have a temp filling on that tooth. For almost three months I have not been able to chew on that side..And I see that they have made no appointments to see me..Just cancelled it and put someone else in my spot..I could go on and on...But would not recommend this Dentist and his rude staff to anyone..I changed dentist and have never been happier..I found a dentist that really cares about his patients..It sure wasn't John Black DDS or his Staff.."
