"We rented a Yukon for our family of five. We needed car seats for our twins and a booster seat for our oldest. Douglas was amazing. His rates were beyond fair, plus he threw in the car seats for free and even offered to let us borrow a stroller. The Yukon was parked in the airport parking lot waiting for us when we arrived. And the seats were all set up for us. So we just loaded up and went on our way! Drop off was easy too. Parked at the airport, hid the key in the lock box as directed, and then headed to our flight. Communication with Douglas was always prompt and kind. We are actually now moving to the island in January, and he definitely has our business any time we need to rent a car or for when our family comes to visit us.
