"A solid restaurant with more potential. Most dishes were absolutely stand out! The depth of flavor and balance was stunning. The Eggplant course seemed like a miss though and was too tart. The beef and amadai courses were some of the best I've had. Service was generally good but not exceptional. I had some oyster juice spilled on me, and they didn't clean after courses. Also we ordered sourdough extra and the final course came with sourdough. They should have told us we'd be getting it. Overall great experience though would come back again. Very cool sustainability take."

"Visited this on my birthday in January 2024. The food was from the chef table tasting menu list, and extremely creative! Was excited to try out the creations. The Mozzarella/Beets/Nori was one of my top choices, followed by the Leeks/Vichyssoise/Mac nuts. Great dessert too with the sweet potato creation (Mont Blanc). Exceptional drinks + service by the waitress and bartender, who made sure our experience was spot on. The experience was pricey, but well worth it. Would definitely return here again if in the area."

Each dish showcased creative flavors and textures, ingredient selection included flavors which are native to the island and organically grown. The ambiance and attentive service where each dish and drink were given a breakdown added to the overall delightful dining journey. A must-visit for anyone seeking a gourmet vegan dining experience!"
