"Could not be any happier. I walked in on a busy Friday. These people hustle through. They work hard. Even if they make a mistake, they take ownership. I had a tight schedule, and they got the job done in a short amount of time. Originally, I needed only 2 tires. However, we discovered a screw in the back tire. Ended up buying a full set of tires. Great value, great tires, great service. For years, I have gone to discount tire. And every visit is always the same great professional service no matter the location. Keep up the amazing work. Matt, you're a great sales person( knowledgeable and personable). Your team - Dylan, Isiah, Jose, byran, and demir, I appreciate you all for your efficient time efforts. My wife was stressed out about making it to my daughter's school to be on time for a special event. Not only did you all make my day, you made my families day better. I thank you all for your hard work. Keep it up !!!"

"Whatever you do don't plug your tire then bring it to them. They can't patch a plugged tire. So instead we're going to throw a perfectly good tire in the trash and order me a new one. Called two other tire chains and they told me they would be more than happy to pull the plug and put a patch in the tire. Not sure why discount tire is not on board with saving one tire from the trash. It's costing them more money not to fix it. I'm sure something will be mentioned about safety. But it's a small hole in the tread nowhere near the sidewall. End of my soap box."

"Discount initially denied a road hazard claim on my truck because the tire was too old, That tire came apart on the 95 freeway due to a road hazard and caused a lot of damage, which to repair was expensive. The sales team could only sell me a replacement for it, so I left the store upset. I was contacted the next day by the store manager who listened to my incident and decided to replace the tire."

"My wife bought tires from here and they charged her too much for the 16" tires in the first place (over $500) but then when she caught a flat and drove in for repairs they tried to charge her for another tire stating that the tire had sidewall damage (without removing the tire and inspecting) I had to go to another tire shop for the repair as you can see in the photos there was no inner sidewall damage as the upselling salesmen attested to. I have all of my cars fitted with Discount Tires tires because of my previous experiences with other franchises BUT I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS FRANCHISE AGAIN... TOO MANY INEXPERIENCED UPSELLING YOUNGSTERS"
